The Regency dining room (classic American cuisine) overlooks the famous Golden Horseshoe golf course. Amenities include a spring-fed pool, clay tennis courts, lawn bowling, croquet, fitness club and spa. 62 rooms and suites in the main building. The "Providence Hall Wings" are buildings located a short distance from the main building. If you want to be in the main building (you do), be certain to request it.

Like the Colonial Williamsburg Inn, the Woodlands is a Colonial Williamsburg Foundation hotel ... only less expensive. It is located next to the visitor center and on the edge of a 40 acre pine forest. No other Williamsburg hotel is as convenient - you can walk the Nature Trail to the Historic Area, or just hop on a shuttle. The kids will enjoy the pool.
Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg
An indoor water park (always 84 degrees inside), huge arcade, and spa make the Great Wolf Lodge a lot more than a hotel. This is where your kids will want to stay when visiting Williamsburg. All the rooms are suites, which works well for families too (301 suites with 10 different room configurations).
