Virginia Beach Real Estate
The Virginia Beach real estate market is red hot. There's something to appeal to anyone, from high-rise condominiums in the new Town Center to oceanfront condos in the Sandbridge area. And, of course, there are still many new single-family homes being built in the traditional suburban parts of the city.

Everything's coming up condos in Chesapeake real estate. Many of them look like traditional single-family homes, but they have the condominium ownership and therefore no yardwork.

Most of the new developments in Norfolk real estate are either downtown condos or big homes on the Chesapeake Bay waterfront. There are lots of stylish older homes in the city as well.
