Winter Wonderland in Olde Towne - the Coleman Collection

A holiday parade and lighting of buildings along the Portsmouth and Norfolk skylines. The illumination signals the start of a parade in downtown Norfolk filled with festive and lighted floats, marching bands, giant balloons, decorated vehicles, dancers, and Santa Claus.

Foods and Feasts of Colonial Virginia
Explore Virginia food ways of the 17th and 18th centuries. At Jamestown Settlement, learn how food was gathered, preserved and prepared on land and at sea by Virginia's English colonists and Powhatan Indians. At the Yorktown Victory Center, learn about typical soldiers' fare during the American Revolution and trace the bounty of a 1780s farm from field to kitchen. Celebration in Lights
A two-mile drive-through of spectacular animated scenes set in Newport News Park. View whimsical toys, elegant swans, leaping reindeer, multi-colored snowflakes and scenes from Virginia's past portrayed in a kaleidoscope of dazzling color.
